To use BeatMotion, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You may upload audio files, images, text prompts, and other materials ("User Content") to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. You must not upload unlicensed commercial recordings, stems, vocals, or samples.

3. License You Grant to BeatMotion

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading content to BeatMotion, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to you and other users.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

Songs, lyrics, music videos, and other outputs created through BeatMotion with a paid subscription plan are owned by you, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Content generated on the free tier may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell or redistribute credits, accounts, or access to the Service without authorization

BeatMotion reserves the right to remove content, suspend features, and terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Copyright Policy

BeatMotion respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright complaints. We may remove or disable access to content that is reported as infringing. 7. Billing & Payments

Paid features are billed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to the applicable processor's terms of service. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. BeatMotion reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, APIs, and services. Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. BeatMotion is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatMotion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeatMotion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeatMotion and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
